We had the pleasure of welcoming the ShangHai Sports Bureau Delegation, led by Mr. Luo Wenhua, Deputy Director-general of the Shanghai Administration of Sports, and Mr. Wang Liqin, former Olympic table tennis champion & Chief Director of the Shanghai Elite Sports Training Administration Centre, to our research center.
