Swire Professor and Chair Professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering. Established the Airbus Noise Technology Centre (ANTC) at Southampton University in 2008 and the Aerodynamics Acoustics and Noise Control Technology Centre (AANTC) at HKUST in 2015, and director of WWTF since 2016. Commissioned the UNITED anechoic wind tunnel in 2016, and redeveloped the WWTF facility with brand new state-of-the-art aerodynamic and acoustic testing facilities.
