Applicants should have a relevant diploma/certificate. Those who may not have formal qualifications are also welcome to apply. While post-qualification experience in a fabrication workshop is desirable, we are open to candidates who may not have such experience but have a strong interest in the field and are eager to learn. At AAF, we are committed to providing on-the-job training and support to help the appointee to develop the skills and knowledge to be a fabrication expert.
The ideal candidate for this position should have good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Knowledge of mechanical services, laboratory safety, and/or drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or SOLIDWORKS) is an advantage.
